Two hurt by concrete dropped from bridges over A12
A woman suffered life-threatening injuries when blocks of concrete were dropped from bridges on to cars in two separate incidents on the A12 in Essex.
The woman passenger suffered serious head and chest injuries when the block smashed the windscreen of a car passing under the West Hanningfield bridge.
Half an hour earlier, two people were left shaken after a block went through a windscreen by Fryerning Lane bridge.
Police are linking the attacks, which happened about eight miles apart.
BBC Story
No excuse, these bastards need to be locked up

The problem as i see it is they must have that sort of disease that people who light fires have, this wasn't just a random 'lets have a laugh' thing. They need to be punished but then what is wrong with them needs to be looked into. This could have caused multiple deaths

It was a terrible thing, as you say carefully planned to cause the most damage.
